Robocats is a blockchain-powered Play-to-Earn platform featuring virtual collectible pets. Users open blind boxes to obtain cats of varying rarity and send them to work in a digital factory to earn MEOWcoins. Tokens can be exchanged, reinvested, or used to expand a collection of rare Robocats, reinforcing game engagement and value.
Challenge
The surge in GameFi projects created a competitive environment with repetitive mechanics, low user retention, and poor token economics. A unique P2E ecosystem was needed, one that would combine collectible rarity, transparent token rewards, and sustainable gameplay to maintain user interest over time.
Scope of Work
- The initial stage was the study of project analogues and the formation of development requirements.
- Based on the terms of reference, a prototype and design was developed, which was accepted for development within the company, it became the basis for the rest of the platform.
- To adapt in accordance with additional requirements, a stack was used: Nest.js (Back-end), React (Front-end), Solidity.

What We Did
We launched a fully operational P2E ecosystem powered by smart contracts, providing secure ownership and transparent token distribution. Robocats users collect rare NFT-based pets, earn MEOWcoins through gameplay, and trade assets in a controlled economy. The platform helped validate game economics, generate early engagement, and establish a scalable foundation for future marketplace, staking, and extended gameplay features.
