It is necessary to implement an analogue of the time capsule only in the blockchain. The text of the message is encrypted (you can use AES). The key that was encrypted with will be presented on the appointed date. The blockchain is public, everyone can see this data, but no one can decrypt it, because. the key with which they encrypted is not yet known. Place the encrypted text in a smart contract.
